Dishforth Centralised Event - June 6th 2004
Notes from Paul MkPeake :-
The day was beautiful - barely a puff of wind, not a cloud in the sky and probably the best surface in the country for team race.
All the races were flown 3-up without incident and Walker/Peart set two personal bests (I think).
Langworth/Broadhead were there to make up the numbers as their good gear was in the box for the World Champs.
There's nothing more to say as there were no "nasties" and everyone simply enjoyed hassle free, friendly racing.
Ken Long came along to do some timekeeping and I was CD for the day.
Where were the rest of you?
This could have been a wonderful chance for
British team "wannabees" to record some fast times.
